Welcome to St. John Lutheran Church, an ELCA congregation where we gather around God’s Word, worship together, and seek to live out our faith through love and service.
At St. John, we believe that faith is something we share together. Men and women, young and old, families and individuals—everyone has a place in the life of our church. We strive to be a community where we can ask questions, grow in our understanding of Scripture, encourage one another, and put our faith into action.

Sunday Morning Bible Study
Beginning September 13
We’re excited to begin a new adult Bible study at St. John—and we hope you’ll be part of it!
☕ Coffee & Fellowship — 9:00 AM
📖 Bible Study — 9:15 AM
We’ll begin with the Gospel of Matthew, but we won’t simply read through the chapters and move on. We’ll dig deeper into the people, stories, history, and Old Testament Scriptures that give Matthew’s Gospel its meaning and richness.
Matthew deliberately calls attention to Tamar, Rahab, Ruth, and Bathsheba—women whose stories are remarkable, complicated, and an important part of God’s unfolding plan. Their inclusion invites us to look more closely at the significant contributions of women throughout Scripture.
But the story doesn’t stop there. We’ll also explore the faith, courage, accomplishments, and struggles of the men whose lives shaped the biblical story—from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob to David, Joseph, and the many others who played a part in God’s plan.
This is a study to explore Scripture together, learn from the people who came before us, and discover how God worked through ordinary people, to accomplish extraordinary things.
Come early for coffee, and join us as we get this new Sunday morning study off to a great start!

🎃 Trunk or Treat & Fall Fest
October 31 • 3:00–4:00 PM
Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun!
Our Trunk or Treat will take place from 3:00–4:00 PM, followed by our Fall Fest with food, fellowship, and activities for the whole family.
🍬 Candy Collection:
We are currently collecting candy in the narthex. Help us make Trunk or Treat a fun event for the children in our community by bringing a bag of candy to church.

Children’s Church
Beginning October 4 at 10:15 AM
We’re excited to begin Children’s Church this fall!
Children will have an opportunity to learn about God in a fun, age-appropriate setting while parents participate in worship.
Children’s Church begins at 10:15 AM.
